Wright, services, 80, by fifteen to zero and defeated by eleven to four for the remaining motion. The session proceeded with third reading of the loan bill amid the veto dispute.
The Governor sustained a veto on the item for Mrs Kekle Amara estate valued at 750 dollars and vetoed another for land Ramagos at 700 dollars. The vetoes were opposed by eleven to four. The item for Mrs Kamakahetkoli land damages worth 200 dollars was sustained by ten to five.
