Arrangements for Curious Fourth Parade Details

The Fourth of July parade committee met to set the march lineup. Participants form in Capitol Square at 8 46 am, begin at 9 30 proceeding down Merchant, Nuuna, King, Fort, Vineyard, and Alakea to Capitol Square for review. Three bands named Territorial Catholic Mission Perth to play. Col. H. Boyd is grand marshal with aide L Crapke. Prizes offered for trade floats, decorated vehicles, bicycles, and characters. departments fund decorations. All organizations urged to join. participants must notify grand marshal by July 1 to reserve parade placement.
