Funeral of J. I Dowsett Draws Global Attendance

The late Hon. J I Dowsett’s funeral was held at his Palama home and moved to Nowanu Cemetery. Anglican rites were led by Rev. Alex Mackintosh with music by the Second Congregation choir. Delegations from the Legislature and many dignitaries attended as floral tributes overflowed the room.
