Lumber Cargoes Load Honolulu Port Amid Heavy Arrivals
A flotilla of lumber ships reached Honolulu harbor with vast consignments of timber. Vessels including the Robert Lowers, Feartern, Mary Koster, and O. M. Kellogg discharged millions of feet of logs, with shore yards busy unloading and moving timber to depots. Other schooners such as the Impress and the Foster followed, hauling railway ties and pine alongside updates on captains and crews.
