Jinge Perry presided over a busy police court full of diverse cases. defendants included vagabonds Ahbo Sam and Lee San, numerous drunks fined, opium possession charges, gambling denials, and a perjury motion in We Fernandez’s case. Several defendants remanded to June 12 while Sun Wing paid a swift $50 fine.
The circuit court docket includes a bankruptcy discharge petition for Tei Wo Chan before Judge Whiting, and an administrator's final discharge for GON Spencer. An estate valued at 25,000 dollars with plantation shares and life insurance is noted. He studied in St Johns New Brunswick Horton Academy and Harvard Law School before earning a Bachelor of Laws at Boston Law School and returning to St Johns for Supreme Court admission.
