The County Act Commission organized yesterday electing Henry E. Cooper as chairman and T. McCants Stewart secretary. Members include Meary I. Cooper C. Le Crabbe Fred L. F gpegal M. Watron and others. A committee was appointed to arrange a regular meeting place in the Capitol building with weekly Tuesday sessions open to the public. The next meeting will feature an address by Mr. Cooper on the commission's forthcoming work.
