Supreme Court hears misconduct info against Wakefield and Wise

In the Supreme Court yesterday Chief Justice dudd and Justices Frear and Whiting heard and took under advisement an information for misconduct against F M Wakefield and W S Wise, noted as practitioners of all the courts. They are charged with causing arrest for debt on a note for A B Loebenstein, and for securing an arrest while Mace was their client, with various officials named. The session included petitions to expunge specifications, with appearances by W O Smith for the state and Hartwell and Neumann for the respondents. The hearing also covered wills, guardianships, and other court actions, with continued matters and upcoming hearings listed.
