Judd Street Extension Blocked For Right Of Way
Road engineer R. Boyd completed plans for a 66 foot Judd street extension to connect with the asylum road toward King street. When macadamized it will form a scenic drive with city views, benefit nearby property owners, and ease material transport. Obstruction lies in a few Hawaiian property owners refusing concessions. most are eager for the road. Contractor J Belser aims to finish by August 1, with work started January 1, costing the territory about 17,400 dollars. The Diamond Head drive exceeds three miles.
