Church Directory Reorganizes Meetings at Millan Hall

Spat Between Citizens Leads to Wailuku Court Action

In Wailuku a dispute between attorney Hoos and Dow ended with Dow slapping the attorney. Magistrate McKay fined Dow 83 cents plus costs for injury to feelings. Dow plans to appeal. Three Wailuku youths purchase racing wheels from Honolulu and the Claudine is to bring three Sterlings next week. The Mani Bicycle Club plans its first regular meeting at Wailuku next Saturday.

Four Room Schoolhouse Under Construction at Hilo

The Tribune reports Mr Richy 1 is rushing work on a new four room schoolhouse for Hilo, aiming for completion by February 25 if materials from the Coast arrive in season. The building will feature a handsome plan with well ventilated rooms and corridors opening to a veranda. Venetian blinds and Vitaon shutters are planned for the windows.
