The steamer Alaskan reached the harbor from Katului last night around 9. She docked at Allroad Wharf at 6 this morning after delays caused by bad weather and rain. She loaded 2000 tons of sugar at Kabulut and will take 4500 south to New York, with 4600 more via Creight trans Heattie and Ban Eranelseo, totaling 11000 tons. Expected to depart for New York Sunday at 5 p.m. Also, the Nevadan arrived at daybreak, loading agar at Kabulut and due Monday morning, with a San Francisco sailing on Tuesday at 6 p.m. with sugar and bananas.

Artillery Practice At Camp McKinley Diamond Head Range
The artilerymen at Camp McKinley completed mortar work and moved to Diamond Head for hurling gun practice. Guns set in a clearing north of Diamond Head, targets on the hill. First squad under Lint Robinson won the first heat, each gunner fired 100 rounds. Target hit 315 of 410, scoring 68 out of 5600. The 67th company fired 1400 rounds with Sergeant Wilcox earning 40 of 100.
