Annexation Club to Hold First Open Monthly Meeting

Convicted of Anamatt Case Before Judge de la Vergee

Two Chinese men faced Judge de la Vergee this morning charged with assaulting a countryman. Prosecutor Robertson and defense attorney J L de Bolt appeared. Evidence was conflicting. The court discharged two defendants and fined one twelve dollars, with the other two fined three dollars and costs.

Fire at Ewa near Court House Injures Child

An Austive policeman reported a blaze at a Banco n ewa near the Court House burned a Portuguese family home this morning. One child suffered severe burns and Dr. Weddick attended the sufferer.
