Merchants Push Test Case Over Exhibit Law
Merchants Association seeks to delay enforcement of the exhibit law by pursuing a test case in court possibly up to the U S Supreme Court. A committee will meet Territorial officers to secure an official deferment and discuss the legality and public disclosure of corporate exhibits. The annual meeting reviewed finances and proposed actions on taxation, corporate exhibits, and better handling of postal and freight matters.
