Kauai Delegation Plans Washington Drive for Federal Revenue Share
Over eight thousand dollars has been collected by J P Cooke James F Morgan and J G Rothwell to fund the Kauai business delegation trip to Washington to urge a Dill providing Hawaii seventy five percent of federal revenue for local improvements. The committee continues collecting and may finish today Chairman W O Smith calls a meeting of the business delegation at the Judd building this afternoon to finalize travel plans and details. The delegation includes Geo W Buiith Mark Robinson Z A Mo Toormy FR Gait Loebenstein Cape and others from Oa Loebenstein from Hawaii and Cape from Man. They sail on the evening of the 18th and arrive the 29th instant. Kaudsen declined travel citing weariness from months on the road and preferring to stay home.
