Mardi Gras Ball at Moana Hotel Delights Honolulu Society
Honolulu soters filled the Moana Hotel for the Mardi Gras Ball with lavish decorations, white and green tones, and guests in elegant attire. King Carnival and Queen led the procession, supported by a formal retinue, with noted attendees and boxholders including Mr. John H Blina and Col A G Hawes, as the crowd enjoyed the spectacle and humor of the court pageantry.

The carnival featured a royal procession led by King George Herbert and Queen, with a parade of costumes from White Indian to Japanese envoy, clowns and nobles.
