Board of Health Tackles Food Safety and Milk Watering Issue

Tests from thirteen dairies found one sample watered 10 percent and another 20 percent. inspectors could seize watered milk at the source. A new milk inspection report and resignations and appointments to the staff were noted, with details on opium destruction and staff changes.
