Rene-Admiral W. Le Cane of the navy visited Pearl Harbor yesterday afternoon with Naval Constviator Lawereng to inspect ongoing work. Washington December 6—Charlton Hyminaed Moore a renowned officer has today been assigned as commandant of the naval station at San Francisco. A naval academy graduate of 1874 he rose to commander and has served at Mare Island and in 1904 acted as naval governor at Tutulla Mammon and commandant of Lie Bavatation.
