Wong Kwai and Ching Shai defend in a bill by Wong Wa and Seo Chin, minors, answered denying fraud. replication filed stating readiness to prove the bill.
Attorney-General W C Smith of Hawaii, interviewed in Auckland on November 15, outlined his mission to audit the land system and the Land Transfer Act. He stated the Hawaiian Republic selected New Zealand as the model after reviewing global land policies, focusing on the 1892 and 1893 Acts.
The Time is turned over for a December 81 special by Honolulu ladies led by Mrs J N Castle as editor and Mrs Harriet Custle Coleman as business manager. The issue will be run by the association except for the mechanical department, with proceeds aiding the free Kindergarten.
