New Sete Drewa Down From Tantalus Road Plan
Automobilists and nature lovers may welcome a new drive in the Ma liki valley forming a loop with the present Tantalus road. Surveyor General Wall notes a field party will run past the Government late to connect and create a scenic route up the Tantalus ridge into Malliki valley. A straight ridge trail will shorten the route for pedestrians, with a five percent grade for easy ascent. The plan mirrors late S T Alexander’s idea to donate 15000 for such a road, but bids exceeded that. Fernande zirths and local dog shark notes follow.
