In the higher courts Judge Carter sentences William P. Hickey to five years at hard labor and $18.50 costs for second degree manslaughter. Appeals filed to the Supreme Court against motions in arrest of judgment and for new trial. The Iwiloi murder case postponed to next term. Seven natives indicted for second degree offenses. Miss Rose Adler daughter of Louis Adler married James J Harvey of the Toter Island Company at her father's home last night. Resignation of Collector General of Customs Offered

Pool tournament to run 50 games at Arlington billiard parlors
