Initiation Misstep at Mystic Shrine Wounds Howland

Assistant Superintendent of Public Works Hantings Howland, a Jovicen initiate at the Mystic Shrine last Saturday, suffered a serious injury during rites. He reportedly cut Mond with a window pane, injuring his left wrist and severing a tendon, bandaged this morning. Form of Test for County Warrants Finally Arranged
