Rosecrans Oil Steamer Arrives with 25,000 Barrels

The Rosecrans arrived from San Francisco last night and docked at the Allroad wharf to discharge 25,000 barrels of crude oil. Former U S A transport, now an oldearner, she had bow damage from Behring Sea ice on June 24. Repairs were done in San Francisco before this voyage. The vessel is expected to depart for oil northward again before season’s end.
