Speeding the Work In House and Senate Progress
The House at the afternoon session passed the second reading of Senate Hills numbers 6 7 and 8 bills. Bill 6 provides for the sut aries of the Judge and Registrar of the Land Court while the other two add sections to appropriation nets with a limit that they remain valid for bills incurred before June 30 1904. A joint resolution authorizing the Governor to implement provisions of the appropriation bills was adopted in the House and sent to the Judiciary Committee. A letter from Solomon Meheuls on printing the extra session House Journal was referred to the Finance Committee. Representative Harris reported the Paradice of the Pacific bill for printing 200 volumes of the House Journal of the extra session and the matter was referred again. House Bill No 1 passed third reading on an aging and without a vote resulting in 23 for and 5 against. Senate Bill No 1 passed the second reading.

Senate passes loan act amendments amid state bill docket
