Nine members answered to their names at this morning's session. The Senate sent word that House Bill No 10 on kerosene importation passed third reading. Bills 16 and Senate 28 were reported as typewritten. House Bill 9 remained on the order. a report from a libidinous solicitation committee urged passage with amendments and was laid on the table. Senate Bill 23 on the Hilo Library Association passed third reading unanimously. House Bill 16 prohibiting garbling at races and games passed third reading 1 to 0, Rep. Claney voting no. Adjourned at 10:60.
