City Approves Early Steps to Fix Eustis Sewers
At the Thursday city commission meeting Clark Kietz and City Manager Bob J briefing on the Schedule of Compliance with the Lake County Pollution Control Board. The plan aims to finish the city’s portion of the federally funded 201 project by April 1979 with stages for existing lines and qualifies for 75 percent federal funding. An earlier study found about 200000 gallons of surface water enter the sewer lines and a TV camera survey would locate leaks.
