Davereaux, engineer for the Ivanpih Consolidated Musing Company in Clark district near Searchlight Lincoln County, was shot three times and seriously wounded by an old prospector named BM Lawrence several days ago. The dispute centers on water holes now controlled by the wiping company, which the prospector says.
