Obituary of Nathaniel Hawkins Palisade Town Constable
Nathaniel Hawkins died October 24 1916 in Palisade after 19 years as town constable. Born April 27 1861 in Lane Gloucestershire England he immigrated with his wife to the United States. Survived by widow children grandchildren a sister Mrs FE. Clay of Reno and a Sparks resident niece. Funeral October 26 at Palisade schoolhouse with Episcopal rites and interment follows.
