Elko Ranches Change Hands in Major Nevada Deals

Two large real estate transactions closed Saturday transferring about 3,400 acres of ranch land in Bullion and Lamoille districts. Mrs. Josephine Phillips sold upper and lower Bullion ranches to James Bett and Alexander Papa with possession immediate.
