Miners Seek Law to Protect Laborers in Nevada

Jarbidge Shooting Sparks Townsite Clash

Firearms were displayed as Byrne fired at a squatter, Miller returned fire, and Byrne was killed when a shot struck him in the forehead. Byrne, 31, died in Twin Falls where his mother and sister reside.
