Dorsey Ordered to Pay Alimony in Divorce Suit
In the divorce case of Mattie Brincker hoff Dorsey versus John W. Dorsey a San Francisco Chronicle report says Judge Sloss Monday ordered Dorsey to pay his wife thirty dollars monthly for support of herself and their child plus one hundred twenty five dollars for counsel fees and twenty five dollars for coats. The suit alleges infidelity and all proceedings have been held behind closed doors. Dorsey resists the alimony. testimony has not yet addressed the charges. The California Republican State Convention nominated George C. Pardee for Governor on the sixth ballot with W H Beatty former Nevada official named for Chief Justice.
