San Francisco April 19. Southern Pacific plans to offer Western Pacific a joint one track arrangement between Winnemucca and Wells Nevada for about 200 miles to save an estimated 310 million in double tracking costs. Proposal includes traffic routing, maintenance payments, and no wheelage tolling.
