Ely-Goldfield Railway Planned for Nevada Lead Districts

Private advices from Salt Lake City say the Bernheimer-Smith interests plan a season of progress on the Ely-Goldfield railroad from Goldfield to Tybo, tapping Tybo and Hamilton districts. Chief Engineer Rasor and Mountain Engineer Vanderwork lead the survey, with construction targeting June 1 and a winter push to reach Tybo, to supply smelters and boost Nevada lead and gold districts.

Cattlemen debate beef prices at Fort Worth convention
