The King of Diamonds Continues The Tale
A naked man, Philip Anson, is rescued from a sea peril by Scarsdale fishermen. He recovers with help from Dr Scarth and the local constable, while facing a plot by Grenier and Mason. Anson confronts Grenier in York hotel, exposing the forgery and securing release for Mason. The trio plot to outwit pursuit, Mason seeks amnesty, and Grenier faces consequences as Evelyn’s telegraphs and London banks tie the case to a larger crime.
