Funeral services for Raymond Lowell McKean aged 72 of Salt Lake City were held at the First Presbyterian Church with burial planned later at Armstrong Grove Cemetery. He died May 28 2001 after a career with USDA and a long academic path from Iowa State to the University of Iowa. He is survived by Barbara four sons two daughters and several grandchildren. Memorials may go to the University of Utah Neurobiology and Anatomy department.
