Two members of the white paint gang of bill-raisers, Albert Jackson of Owensboro Kentucky and Junius Starks of Cincinnati, were jailed in Indianapolis after a Corydon fair arrest. A third man, Joe Cavotta, was seized at New Albany with others. nine raised bills found on them. Authorities link the trio to three gangs preying on county fairs across Indiana and Kentucky.
