Eugene Okes of Joplin Missouri visits mother Mrs W S Okes while James Rawlings of Milltown is here on business. Several locals ill or improving with illnesses. Crawford County Fair premium list being prepared for mid May. Various church meetings and lectures noted including U B church and M E church services. Local visiting and travel by residents and out of town guests.

R. H. Hardin visited Leavenworth on Saturday. Jesse Froman of Riddle was in the vicinity last week for enumeration. Jerry Westby near Leavenworth also visited Saturday. Chas. Jones the Rawleigh man from Marengo was in the neighborhood last L. L. Jones and G. L. Dean were at Leavenworth on Saturday. Mrs. Villa Hollcroft of Louisville is mentioned.
