Crawford circuit court closes with few proceedings in March term
The Crawford circuit court adjourned after two days of business in March term with many cases continued due to illness of Mr Suddarth. Prosecutor John W Ewing and deputy Chas Brown filed forty three liquor sale cases linked to Marengo and Milltown. Attendees included M W Funk Ed Mitchell Reese Corydon W B Ox Richard Milburon Jasper and John W Ewing Cannestor. Judge Cook’s adjournment saved taxpayers extra expense. one or two court days likely next week.
