William McKinzie, Crawford County teacher, sued George Lamon for malicious prosecution over an attack charge involving Lamon’s daughter Margaret. The Harrison Circuit Court at Corydos ruled for Lamon after Lamon’s wife Elizabeth Lamon died in court, later buried in Eckerty. McKinzie had been acquitted and pursued the damage claim after transfer from Crawford.
