Mrs Sarah Bird Dies at 72 in Marengo
Mrs Sarah Bird widow of David Bird of Marengo died at two Monday morning at her son Dr E Bird's home in New Albany and was brought back to Marengo for funeral services. She had heart disease and had lived with her son nine weeks. Survivors include four sons J E Bird and J Claud Bird of New Albany and J W and F R Bird of Marengo and two daughters Mrs Charles Eddleman and Mrs RB Whitlow of Marengo. She was 72 and a Baptist.
