Elias Patrick born November 25 1834 died July 29 1912 aged 77 years in his field about a mile from home. He married Amanda A. Hughes October 17 1875 and had seven children with her, plus seven with his second wife and seven with his third wife. Funeral at Union Chapel last Tuesday conducted by Rev H W Wright. The Indiana district court orders a hearing on Kaward Roberson's discharge for September 10, 1912, at Indianapolis. Creditors and interested parties are notified to appear and show cause, with copies of the petition and order mailed to known creditors. Judge Albert B. Anderson presides. clerk Mobis Basler signs.
