Samuel S Sage of Encampment Wyoming filed notice of intention to make final three year proof to establish his homestead claim on the lands described in section 7 and 18 township 14 north range 83 west of the 6th principal meridian. The hearing before U S Commissioner Leslie C Stullings in Encampment is set for April 24 1917 with witnesses T J Walraff L A Cunningham George A Baker and R M Martin all of Encampment. Also includes a bank report for Encampment State Bank listing assets liabilities and a sworn statement by cashier J A Reed dated March 15 1917.
We will not petition for large county expenditures but will cooperate to obtain good roads with Saratoga and others. We understand the county’s financial condition and aim to work with all parties to improve the road network.
