University of Wyoming Needs Funds for Expansion
An Encampment Echo letter from Edward Tennant urges Wyoming residents to support a major University of Wyoming expansion. He cites heating bottlenecks at four boilers, two overcrowded dormitories housing 130 students, scarce classrooms and library space, and the need for a new library, a larger gym, an engineering building, and a Hoyt Hall addition to serve growth and reduce living costs. The university reports about 200,000 dollars annual income, with prior year figures noted.
