Thompson Brothers of Laramie headline a two day Saratoga celebration September 9 10 with a five piece orchestra a double header Saturday night two reel comedy Blackmail and One Week two reel feature. Hanna band provides music concerts at 10 am 1:30 pm 7:30 pm plus dances. Camping fishing and bucking contests add to the Race Meet attraction in Platte valley.

Grazing Trespass Case Settled Out of Court
A grazing trespass case against Nels J. Engen of Centennial was settled for 3.25 dollars in actual damages and 20 dollars in punitive damages for willful violations of Medicine Bow National Forest grazing regulations. Engen grazed 26 cattle beyond his permit on his allotment.

Howard C. Kroll of Laramie was arrested by Forest Ranger Reed A. Higby at Big Creek ranger station for shooting a grouse. Within an hour he was tried by Judge Sproat of Encampment, found guilty, and fined 50 dollars plus costs.
