Half shipment by Carignan Stiles. rest by others with range on Sioux county reservation. Frank Kiske left for Bismarck to pilot the Washburn on the Missouri north of Washburn until navigation closes. Several boats operate on the upper Missouri to move grain to Washburn elevators. Secretary White Standing Rock Fair Association winds up fair affairs. the fair was the most successful in the association’s history and will leave a surplus over 700 after expenses and premiums are paid. The premium winners list is being prepared and will be published in the Pioneer.
