Senator Macdonald visited Burr Oak on business. S A Mikalson’s new residence nears completion on Merchants Row. The Mikalsons returned from the Capitol City with a visit from Mikalson’s brother from Jamestown. Lizzie Farrer left for Pine Ridge S D to teach at a government Indian school after a two month home visit. Mazelton school fence work raised concerns over tying horses to it and hitching posts will be added. A J Geil family returned from a Detroit trip noting good cooking and Anna Geil's progress. G H Naramore and the writer visited Ben Klabunde at St Alexius hospital where he recovers from a gasoline explosion injury with facial healing progressing. left hand healing slowly and light hurt.
