Burglary Suspects Captured After Petrie Store Heist
Deputy Sheriff Jones tracked two youths from Linton after the W. E. Petrie store burglary, tracing footprints along the railroad to Brophy. The pair, Jack Lorraine and William Sweet, confessed to hiding shotguns and plunder at a stack, were arrested, and the stolen goods, except the guns, were recovered.
