Editorial notes and wartime blasts from across ports
The Mandan Times criticizes its own print quality after a four page reform. The piece cites a London Guardian excerpt on Kitchener’s camps in the Transvaal with horrific death-rate projections and Churchill’s call to attrition. It also recalls a wedding in the Record office and a bereaved family’s sorrow with a tribute to a departed spouse.
