Minot National Bank President Arrested on False Report Charge

President J A Erickson of the Minot National Bank, now in receivership, was arrested by a U S marshal on a warrant alleging a false report to the comptroller. He waived examination and awaits federal grand jury action in a case tied to a Aug 25 bank statement showing a short balance.

Nurse Ellen Pyke Sues Jamestown Over Sidewalk Fall

At issue in the supreme court is Ellen Pyke v City of Jamestown appeal from a district court ruling denying a verdict notwithstanding. Burglary at Bittman’s Store Leads to Court Action
