Prohibition case in Williamsport ends with discharge

In Williamsport last Saturday Justice Edick discharged Jerry Hart and John Stytes of Winona after pleas challenged jurisdiction. State's Attorney Lynn prosecuted, Armstrong defended, and the judge ruled the court lacked jurisdiction, freeing the defendants.
