Mrs. Thomas Whalen died April 28 after a brief illness. She was born March 15, 1889 in Emmons county and married to Thos. Whalen in 1907. Survived by husband three children father four brothers and three sisters. Funeral at Westfield church with Rev. Garr officiating. Interment Westfield cemetery.
