Official Proceedings of Emmons County Board April 29 1898
The Emmons County Board of Commissioners met in Williamsport with all members present. Wiley Wilson asked to reconsider granting bills for Glencoe bridge grading. the board refused. They discussed 1893 assessments, sent Mrs. Martin Schutt for hospital care in St Paul, authorized six road scrapers, and approved several fire wardens bonds and numerous bills for jail, road work, and official duties.
